Order Cancellation & Return Policy
We special order each item from the manufacturer for you. Please make sure you want the items you order.
If you need to cancel, change or return an item, there is NO Restocking Fee to you. If there has been any shipping cost incurred by either us or the manufacturer that amount is deducted from the refund. To return an item, email us at RMA@4rusticlighting.com. within 1 week of receiving an item to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All items must be received back from you in the same condition as we sent them. The items must be in the original packing material and you must pay return shipping and insure the package. The item(s) must be received by us no later than 2 weeks after we issue you the RMA number. We will refund the purchase price less any/all shipping charges upon receiving the item(s) undamaged. All sales are final/non-refundable on clearance items and installed items. If you have any questions about our return policy, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged in full at time of order for all in-stock items and all items being drop shipped to you from the manufacturer.
For any items that have to be ordered or are on order from the manufacturer a ½ deposit will be charged at time of order and the balance charged on the day we ship the order to you.
We ship to the USA lower 48 states with FREE shipping to you! We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii & Canada with only partial shipping charges to the customer. We ship via UPS/FEDEX ground unless the item is very large then we ship via freight truck.
Every item we sell is ordered from the manufacturer for you. In some cases the item will be shipped directly to you by the manufacturer.
On the details page of each item above the price it will tell you the estimated shipping time frame. This is when the item will ship out not the delivery date to you. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Be absolutely sure to give a correct address, otherwise, there will be a $10.00 UPS correction fee.
In order to ensure the accuracy of your order and information, you MUST place your order online. If you supply an email address you will recieve an email confirmation of your order and an email with tracking information as the items on your order are shipped.
You can pay for your orders by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover.
We understand your concern about security and privacy. We protect sensitive information you give us, such as credit card numbers, by using RapidSSL software, which encrypts the information you share with us. We make every effort to ensure your items arrive at your door safely. Despite our best efforts, sometimes breakage does occur.
We require notification of defective, damaged or incorrect items within 1 week of delivery. You must email us at RMA@4rusticlighting.comto receive an RMA Number. We pay for all return shipping charges when you notify us within 1 week of delivery to you. We will ship you out a replacement item(s) or part (s) as needed at our discretion at no charge. However, if we do not receive the defective, damaged or incorrect item back from you within 2 weeks of you receiving the return instructions, we will charge your credit card for the purchase price of the replacement items we sent to you. All items must be received back from you in good condition and in the original packing materials. If you choose not to have the defective item replaced, then you will now fall under our return policy, please review the return policy above. Out of Stock Items
While we make every effort to list merchandise that is available, occasionally items may be out of stock or discontinued. Items are not charged to your credit card until stock availability is verified.
The pictures of the items are provided by the manufacturers. In most cases they are the same pictures printed in their catalog. The manufacturers do their best to create pictures that correctly depict the color of the item. However, the color of the pictures may vary depending on the brightness and contrast settings on your monitor.
