Order Cancellation & Return Policy
We special order each item from the manufacturer for you. Please make sure you want the items you order.
If you need to cancel, change or return an item, there will be a 25% restocking fee charged to you. If there has been any shipping cost incurred by either us or the manufacturer that amount is deducted from the refund.
To return an item, email us at RMA@4rusticlighting.com. within 1 week of receiving an item to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All items must be received back from you in the same condition as we sent them. The items must be in the original packing material and you must pay return shipping and insure the package. The item(s) must be received by us no later then 2 weeks after we issue you the RMA number. We will refund the purchase price minus the 25% restocking fee and less all shipping charges upon receiving the item(s) undamaged. All sales are final/non-refundable on installed items.
